I am doing seven days a week, but wouldnt mind Saturday as a break by doubling up.

Unfortunately, I can only afford to do one workout on Fridays.

Just pushed play on this one as I do all t-25 workouts once in order.

During the pandemic everything in my life got a little stressful, and I never made time for myself to workout.

Decided to do something and did Beachbody membership, since Im home most afternoons and with small kids.

The first 5 minutes is fine, but I just start to drag towards the end.

I basically modify just about every move except for the beginning.

Sometimes I cant even keep up with the modifications, often going 4 times as slow as the regular pace.

Anyway, its enough time for me to sneak in during work, and Im home every afternoon, so lets do this.

I might repeat alpha after finishing if Im still modifying everything.

Im 54. fit and flexible is refreshing, I feel more than ten years younger than around halloween.

Gotta say beta was more fun than gamma, which is a lot of upper body weights.

It does work tho.

Going to go back and do each workout once starting from alpha and then Ill be doing insanity max 30.
